Our growth has resulted in a new Firmware Platform Leader position.
Key responsibilities:
- Team management of the Firmware Development group; technical lead/mentor for engineers
- Lead embedded software design lifecycle, including analysis, testing, and project management
- Help establish and lead company direction for firmware/microcontroller products
- Reduce design/maintenance efforts through establishment of common platform approach
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Min. 4 yrs. exp. designing, developing, and testing embedded software
- Proficient in C and C++
- Exp. in embedded designs with and without an operating system
- Exp. with various microcontrollers, cores, and technologies
- Proven ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
